In 2013, Whitby-based start-up 360 Incentives won the 2nd best workplace in Canada. (In 2014 they came in first place.) In honour of the award and press attention it brought, I worked with Todd Skinner and the 360 marketing team to research and write a book that told the story of their fantastic corporate culture, and the real results it has for their business.
