The Centre for Social Innovation (CSI) had an amazing story to tell. They raised $2 million toward the purchase and renovation of a 36,000-square-foot building in a whirlwind eight months. They wanted to inspire other organizations to convert their social capital into real capital.

Evergreen Brick Works
Create a beautiful holiday gift for major donors to the Evergreen Brick Works project. The book would document each stage of the site’s 8-year transformation and showcase outstanding photography.
Collaborating with a graphic designer, I led the creative direction, and conducted all research, writing, and edits to get this to the printers and back in time for a Christmas delivery.
